Our Team

Founder and president since 1987, Allan has been in the housing construction industry since he was a child, learning from job sites of his father’s subdivision. As a certified Mechanical Technologist, R2000, Envirohome and Net Zero builder, he provides the understanding that the whole house is “a system”. Allan’s personal integrity, no nonsense approach and extensive knowledge of the building process guarantees your project will be up to the standards and quality he would build for his own family.

Achieving his Red Seal in 2007, Jeremy brings with him over 15 years’ experience building custom homes both on the West Coast in Whistler & Victoria, BC and the East Coast here in Fredericton. He has always loved building high quality homes, from start to finish, especially working on those finer finishes that make each home as unique as the families they are built for.

A team member since 1993, Miles is also Red Seal, and could have written the book for the carpentry trade. He is known for never cutting corners, his attention to detail ensures that the job is always done “Sharpe Quality” right. No new build or renovation can stump Miles.

Shawn came to us in 2014 as a certified roofer but also having had many skills in the building and construction trade. He is always looking to challenge himself, always showing true dedication.
