• Exterior façade is a blend of finishes – stone, board and batten siding and natural wood soffits
• Floor to ceiling windows are triple glazed with Azek accent trims, allowing for incredible view of ski hill
• Decking is local hemlock, designed to take the abuse of heavy boot traffic during ski season
• Metal railing around the deck never detracts from the view from inside
• Floating natural shelves highlight the modern kitchen
• Flooring is solid hardwood on main level, engineered hardwood on lower
• Stained ash ceilings on upper level, lowers crafted from local butternut, compliment all finishes
• Windows are drywall returned adding to the modern esthetic
• In keeping with this modern feel, steel wrap-around panels encase the fireplace
• Ensuite incorporates walk-through closet, custom shower, double vanity, and textured 12" x 24" tile floor
• Seamless transition from main to lower level with black steel railings and matching wood treads
